ESR ABILITY REMOVALS TRAINING

"THE ABILITY PROGRAM"

Eastern Suburbs Removals has a training program designed to increase the ability of trainees to manoever heavy furniture through difficult access.

Once he's passed the ability course he can then proceed to the next level of the program which gives him more job management abilities as a removalists, ie client service, billing, etc.

The "ABILITY PROGRAM" takes each new trainee through a wide series of exercises on the job. Each ability that the trainee has proven is checked off the list.

The ability manual has 150 exercises the trainee must complete.

Documentation of the cource is given to the trainee so if he chooses to work elsewhere then he can at least show the abilities that he has accumulated. Each "Ability" is signed off by management.
